Creative spaces are few and waiting lists are long. This is what we all need.

Studios are £75 per week up to 2 sharing - monthly rolling contracts. 1 month deposit.

Hot Bench £20 per day £70 per week £250 per month. communal work areas free if not booked.

Big benches - arts n crafts. floristry. sewing. upholstery. costume. clothing. soft furnishings. with machines and hand tools. £5 per hour *min 4 hours £30 a day £100 a week £300 a month

Wood Work in the Yard - £5 per hour *min 4 hours £30 a day £100 a week

Paint n Spray in the Yard - £5 per hour *min 4 hours £30 a day £100 a week

• no outside noise before 10am and after 6pm. we like our neighbours.

• main studio open 8.30am - 8.30pm. * subject to workshops running from 5.30pm

• We can take deliveries.

Free wi-fi and Mac bench kitchen garden wash up areas. fees for Heating and Mac bench essentials hot drinks and wine !

All areas to be paid for in advance. you will be asked for ID and Health and safety form.
